Rebekah Andreu, Assistant Director
Rebekah Andreu joined St. Augustine Public Montessori School in 2020 and is dedicated to the mission and success of the school. Mrs. Andreu enjoys her role of being involved in all aspects of the school from the daily operations of the school to her interactions and communication with students, staff and parents. She brings creative energy, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Mrs. Andreu treasures time with her husband and young daughter. She loves spending time outdoors with her family at the beach or the park. Making time to be active is an important part of her routine. She enjoys any project that utilizes her creative interests, digitally or by hand.
Mrs. Andreu graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Her major was Accessory Design: handcrafted construction of original designs of shoes, handbags and small leather goods. Mrs. Andreu managed the Accessory Design Department at SCAD as well as being an Assistant to the professors and a mentor to undergraduate and graduate students. Ms. Andreu is currently the Chair of our Threat Assessment Team (SBTMT). She has completed the FDOE School Environment Safety Incident Reporting and FDOE Florida Model Training. She is also a trained Local Education Agent (LEA).
