Admissions
Dear Parents,
Thank you so much for your interest in our school and for considering us as a partner for your child’s educational experience. We realize how crucial this decision can be for developing a passion for life-long learning!
Our mission is to provide students with a learning culture grounded in Montessori philosophy and practice that inspires a love of learning and respect for self, others and the environment. I am proud to visit our classrooms on campus and observe abstract concepts being taught through hands-on materials. Student excitement is evident as they want to involve me in what they are learning.
The Montessori approach to education has been proving itself for over 150 years and recent research supports its success. St. Augustine Public Montessori School is now in its 11th year of building upon this achievement and is proud to be a part of the growing number of public Montessori schools offered to students across Florida and our nation. STA Montessori has helped attract families to the prestigious St. Johns County School District by providing a non-traditional, Montessori option as a learning choice for K-6th.
We encourage prospective families to schedule a tour of our campus. I am happy to answer any questions that you have during our admission process. I look forward to meeting you soon!
With warmest regards,
Rebekah Andreu, Assistant Director
