Min Bucher enjoys working with lower elementary students and watching them grow and learn new things every day. She is very passionate about helping students discover a love for learning and knowing that they can do anything in which they set their minds.

Ms. Min has two beautiful daughters and is married to a wonderful husband. She loves spending free time with her family and friends, trying new things, and traveling.

Ms. Min graduated from Ki- Jeon University in South Korea with a major in Early Childhood. She has been teaching in a traditional school since 1993 and in Montessori schools since 2009.
