Bud Casey joined STA Montessori in 2019 is happy to be a part of such a close-knit community that provides students, from all walks of life, the opportunity to learn in a true Montessori environment. Before joining STA Montessori in 2019, he traveled, lived and taught in Europe and Mexico in various education environments including international schools, as well as public and private schools in Florida. 

Mr. Casey grew up in New Smyrna Beach, FL and graduated from Father Lopez High School in Daytona Beach where he enjoyed playing soccer, basketball, music and surfing with his friends. 

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, teaching music lessons, surfing and playing music with friends.

Mr. Casey earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Exceptional Student Education, with a minor in teaching ESOL students from Flagler College. He holds a State of Florida teaching certificate.
