Diane M. Dodds is a passionate Montessorian who is valued for her commitment to students, innovation and a results-oriented approach. Mrs. Dodds greets each student daily by name and is a visible leader of warmth and integrity in the daily lives of students and parents. She strives to model open communication, effective dialogue and build relationships.

Mrs. Dodds’ joined STA Montessori in 2022 but her career has developed and grown over the past 20+ years through various leadership positions, accreditations and consulting settings. Outside of school, she enjoys swimming, knitting, reading and family. She loves spending time with her husband, two grown sons, and granddaughter.

Mrs. Dodds earned a BA in Economics and in Organizational Behavior & Management from Brown University and an MA in Education from St. Catherine University. She holds American Montessori Certifications in Early Childhood and in Administration. She is a State of Florida Director, a trained Local Education Agent (LEA), and has completed FDOE School Environment Safety Incident Reporting.
