Darline Dutch joined the STA Montessori community and our Upper Elementary program for the 2023-2024 school year.  Mrs. Dutch recognizes the individual talents and gifts of every child.  She enjoys exploring new ways to put into motion the imagination and exploration of her students.  Her goal is to empower her students to be independent problem solvers and solution seekers who become productive citizens of their community.  

In her time away from school, Mrs. Dutch loves to travel the world.  She has previously had the pleasure of experiencing the colorful culture of India, the beautiful tropics of Jamaica and the vast history of Greece.  She also enjoys creating lovely quilts and being hospitable in her home.

Mrs. Dutch earned her Bachelor degree in Business at William Tyndale College in Farmington Hills, Michigan and later went on to accomplish a teacher certification at Florida State College of Jacksonville.  In 2008, Mrs. Dutch received a Masters in Montessori Education from Barry University, Miami Florida.  She has enjoyed teaching in Montessori schools for 17 years and she holds Elementary I and II Montessori credentials.
